We offer a range of subject matter specific training workshops delivered inhouse or online that cater to any skill level, from introductory to advanced.

Workshops include:

Professional level planning skills for the construction industry utilizing Microsoft Project Professional and Oracle Primavera P6. The workshops include planning templates covering Gantt presentations, tables and filters for Critical Path Method (CPM) compliance including baseline control for schedule variance reporting. The described planning level proficiency is a prerequisite to Earned Value project control participation required for the following described project control system implementation.

Establishing a project/program Earned Value performance management systems integrating job cost accounting data with maintained schedule progress. The workshop covers earned value tabular and graphical reporting including the interpretation of derived metrics, indicators, and predictors at the performance status date and those trending to completion. Other workshops cover forensic analysis of schedule, cost performance and the requirements to present a substantiated case for extension of time with cost variations.
